He mocked my accent (I'm Brazilian) in front of people when I asked a question. He was constantly ironic, sometimes impolite at people. There is a wall with some historic guitars (including some early days Fenders), he didn't allow us to stop and see it. The tour guide (I wish I remember his name, but he can be seen in one of the pics, wearing a olive green shirt) was terrible! It looked like he hated that job, or he was replacing someone else. But, for me, it was unforgettable in a bad way.
It is a hit and miss - I had a friend that liked his tour.
